What I do, and where I go.
Three kinds of work, one car, and me driving it. I'll quote you before you book, so there's nothing to work out at the end.
The three kinds of trip
Airport runs.
Santa Rosa, Healdsburg or Petaluma down to SFO, and back again when you land. I also run to Oakland, and to Sonoma County if you're flying from there. Early departures are normal for me, so a 3:30am pickup is not a problem.
Appointments.
A hospital or clinic visit, a meeting in the city, a court date, anything you'd rather not drive to and then find parking for. I'll take you there, and I'll be outside when you come out.
Round trips.
If you'd rather I waited and brought you home afterwards, say so when you book and I'll quote the whole thing as one trip rather than two.
What it costs
Call or text me with where you're going and when, and I'll give you a price for the whole car, not per person. Whatever I quote is what you pay.
No surge pricing. No meter running while we sit in traffic on the 101. Nothing added at the end.
Tolls and airport fees are included in the price I quote. A tip is entirely at your discretion and never added to the bill.

Flights, timings and questions
Most questions I get are about timing: what happens if a flight is late, and how early I'll come for a morning departure.
- Do you track my flight?
- Yes. Give me your flight number when you book and I check it before I set off. If your inbound is running late, I already know, and I adjust the pickup rather than leaving you to call me from the plane.
- Where do you meet me when I land?
- At the arranged pickup point. It works the same way as it does when you call an Uber: you'll have a designated meeting place, and that's where I'll be. International arrivals have a different pickup point, and I'll tell you which one when you book.
- How much waiting time do I get after landing?

- How early will you pick me up for a morning departure?
- As early as the flight needs. I work back from your departure time and allow for check-in and the drive, so an 8am flight out of SFO usually means leaving your home around 4:50am. A 3:30am pickup is not a problem either.
- What if my departure is delayed or moved?
- Call or text me as soon as you know and I'll move the pickup. There's no charge for changing or cancelling.
Booking, payment and changes
Booking. Call me, text me, or send the details through the form and I'll come back to you. There's no minimum notice, though the more warning I have the more likely I am to be free.
Payment. Cash, card, Venmo or Zelle, whichever suits you. I take payment at drop-off, not when you book.
Changes and cancellations. Cancel any time, for any reason, with no charge. If your plans move, just tell me.
